The hat was good quality and exactly what I wanted. The problem was that it took almost three months to get it and everytime I would call I would never get a live person on the phone to talk to. Very very poor ratings as far as getting the product to me in a timely manner. I actually thought I had been scammed. But I did finally get my hat and it was what I asked for.

I ordered these hats several months ago and finally they showed up yesterday. Not impressed. I gave special in striations to included U.S. Navy veteran on the hat which was not included. The hat looks nice but I am disappointed. I did receive one e mail right after I placed my order which I thought confirmed the extra time it would take to include the additional lettering but I guess that was not the case. I am proud of this country and my service to it and want all the damn democrats to know it but you dropped the ball. I WILL NOT use your company again this is the type of customer service I receive.

It took a bit longer for my Trump 2020 Camo Hat to arrive than I expected, but the wait was well worth it. I wear my Trump 2020 Hat proudly when I’m out and about. I get some provocative stares but also many positive remarks on the look and quality of the hat. I make sure I tell interested buyer’s that they too can sport the hat by going to the Bullrun Embroidery web site. Thanks for a great product.

At first I was getting very concerned when 3 weeks went buy and No hat delivered. I had received an email stating that the USPS had a tracking number, however after 3 weeks it still indicated that USPS was still awaiting the package! Still, I had faith that these folks were Honest and were simply way behind on completing orders due to High-Demand for MAGA products. It turned out that after just past 4 weeks my Camo MAGA Hat was delivered into my U.S. Postal mailbox as described. Thank You! Buyers "should" keep in mind that this is a small American company that is simply receiving Lots of orders, so simply allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery! The Camo MAGA Hat I ordered and received about 4-1/2 weeks later was exactly as described. Quality takes Time! Be patient and Respectful with these folks!
