Easy Return Policy:

We accept returns and exchanges for all items (except Custom Items) sold directly on www.bullrunflag.com , If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us for a resolution. Our goal is to be your company of choice and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We know you have many choices of sellers to work with and appreciate that you chose us. if refunded the customer has to ship the product/s back to us. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees.

Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by customer. We may refuse back all the returns which are out of warranty. A return fee or cancellation fee may be charged after when products were marked shipped. Due to the nature of our custom products, we are unable to offer returns for custom products unless special circumstances. however we are happy to offer replacement or resolve any question you may have. please contact us directly at

Full payment is required within (3) THREE DAYS of purchase. We will cancel your order if we don't receive the full amount within three days of purchase.

These terms and conditions are a legally binding contract between you and bullrun flag embroidery.

we will respond to our customers Via support@bullrunflag.com and we will try our best to provide support in a timely manner, however we encourage our customers to be understanding of delays because of the nature of the customized products we sell specially in high traffic seasons. all communication will be answered within 2 business days.

We at Bullrun Flag Embroidery hold the rights to suspend, restrict, and ban any customer or distributor that violates our policies or U.S. and international laws. furthermore we may refuse to return any type of attempt of communication with the violators.

Please note, we try to project the closest estimate of delivery time (ETA) on our website to the customers but due to the nature of each order the estimated delivery time may vary. this also apply to bulk orders and requires contacting us. for this reason we highly encourage our customers to be understanding of the leap time.

We are very understanding in the cases where an order is lost in a shipment or it was sent to the wrong address and etc... thus we will do our best to compensate for your time and effort.

Reviews & Customer behavior policy

Offensive or abusive language used in any form will not be tolerated. we will take appropriate actions to permanently suspend violators from our website and will refuse to provide any type of services. We have the rights to remove all comments or reviews that contain such language, cause any form of threat to us or other customers, false interpretations, abuse moral standards, or other potential threats that endanger our reputation and trustworthiness. We have the right to remove product comments or reviews that has indications other than solely the quality and authenticity of the products.

Shipping Policy:

shipping policy and rates may vary depending on the purchased items final value. we currently operate on a price based shipping rate. Estimated shipping time varies depending on the type of product you purchase. the shipping method and ETA only reflects the time after which the products have been received by the post office until it's been delivered to the address provided by you and does not reflect the fulfillment and processing time. the fulfillment process and time varies depending on the type of products a customer purchase and other factors such out of stock condition, back ordered condition, order volume and etc. usually the fulfillment duration is longer for custom made products than pre-made products and that is because custom made products will be set to go through multiple manufacturing steps after you place your order so your patience is greatly appreciated. you as the buyer are fully responsible to provide your correct shipping address to us while checking out. we are not responsible for the items returned to us by the postal service for none deliverable reason. we may send you an email or contact you by phone if items were returned to us to ask for a new or the correct address.

Wholesale distributors and affiliates of bullrun flag embroidery agree to maintain our brand name. As it was recorded on 01/27/2017 By Commonwealth Of Virginia and other institutes. its not acceptable for any firm to re-brand our products to its own. re-sellers agree not to undercut our prices indicated on www.bullrunflag.com
Failure to comply with our policy and terms and conditions will cause us to take legal action against you.
