Came in a little big and followed the measuring guide. Handle loop is pretty big and get snagged on things. No way to keep it down. Because of the weight of the buckle and the placement of the handle, the handle spins to the side.

What a great Product! Collar is very well made. Stands up well to my dogs super active lifestyle. Playing fetch in the sand, or diving in the pool. This collar is durable. Having a "Pit Bull", people tend to be afraid, when they see, my girl. But when they see her name, on the collar, they immediately soften, and want to say Hi, to Zoey.
I would buy one again. But I probably won't have to. Cuz this collar will last the rest of her life.

Love the collar! I already bought one for my other dog and wanted to get Dakota one as well. I was not disappointed! They are well-made and durable. My dogs are strong and the collar handles take a beating, but I have had no issues so far. They look nice and I love that I was able to get a patch letting people know that my sweet boy is deaf. The only critique I would give is that they take a while to get. But with the quality of the collars, it is understandable. I am happy to wait!

It's nicely made, but it came in a bit bigger than advertised. I measured my pups neck at 16.5" so I ordered the 17" and up and it's well over the 17" for the minimum length. I even adjusted past where the patch goes and couldn't get it quite snug enough. Make sure and order small!

The collars and bungee leashes I ordered are everything I had hoped they'd be - well constructed of durable material, hardware is heavy-duty, and the fit and finish is perfect.
First time for me using bungee leashes, too. What a game changer! My dogs still pull a little bit, but when they feel the tension on the bungee (about halfway extended) they ease up. No more herky-jerky between slack and full tension like with a regular leash. If your dog is a full throttle full-time puller, these leashes probably won't make a difference. But if you have a dog that just needs a little reminder to slow down once in awhile, the bungee leash will make taking your pup for a walk thoroughly enjoyable for you both. The padded handles are nice, and the length of leash can be adjusted.
As noted in other reviews, shipping takes awhile - I received my 2 personalized collars in about 7 weeks. That's not bad at all. These are, after all, custom made products from a family owned and operated small business in West Virginia - not some crap pulled off a big box store shelf at one of hundreds of distribution warehouses across the country that promises 2 day delivery. I've got the time and patience to wait to support the small businesses of America. So should everyone.
All in all, I'm happy, dogs are happy, great products at a fair price!

So HAPPY! I have been holding out until he was grown to get one of these collars. He will be 2 this June . Truth is those “other”places start at 17.5 inches. Under all the neck floof he is only about 16 inches. (So he’s a small…It’s tucked in to see the fit ). I’m so glad that I stumbled upon this company and am thankful for the range of sizes offered. I had to contact them because we haven't received the collar per the lead time. They responded back quickly and were very professional. We got it maybe a week later and looks great and fits perfect for our long haired gsd. It is very strong and that's what we needed. I got the his name embroidered onto the collar and reflective. Definitely helps at night.

Instead of sewing the name directly into the collar, and additional tag/ layer was added making it almost impossible to adjust. You can see on the picture how the collar currently fits due to the added layer. Also, the order process was delayed without notification. This is not acceptable.

We absolutely love our collar we got for our 100lbs Great Pyrenees. I was worried about durability because Lola can be a bit of a brute, but this collar is super durable. The padding on the inside of the collar is awesome as well. The customization was a big bonus also and the patches are removable and interchangeable. As soon as you open the package and hold the collar you know you've purchased a quality product. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Couldn't be happier!

Thank you for producing a good quality custom dog collar. This is my 2nd. purchase of the 1.5” collar with handle. The 1st. Collar I ordered was too big (Med.), so I reordered a small in a different color and tags. I can interchange the tags if I wanted to. My Doberman is only 5 months old and I know she will grow into the Medium size collar. The quality of the materials & workmanship was excellent. We attended my Doberman’s Litter (sibling’s) play date, & everyone was asking where I got the collar from. With all the siblings looking almost identical, the name tag on the collar stood out. Also the handle on the collar , made separating the puppies easier if they were getting too rough. I would definitely recommend this product to all dog owners.

Thank you so much for the collars! Thankfully not even 18 hours after receiving these and putting in the AirTags my younger Shepard Kane managed to open the front door and break through my enclosed front patio and was gone. I came home shortly after not aware what had happened and was able to follow the AirTag until I got to the pound where I found a lady sitting there with him. So thankful for collar because the lady said she honestly wouldn’t have stopped if she didn’t see the name on the side of the collar and called him and he ran to her. I was worried that I wouldn’t receive the collar due to tracking delays. I emailed Bullrun Flag Embroidery and got a quick response which I appreciated. Upon receiving the collar, I was pleased to find a very quality made product. The stitching was excellent, as was the buckle. The only error that was made was from me. I ordered the wrong size, which was a Med. but was still too large for my dog. I liked the product so much that I reordered the collar in a different color and the Small size. (Order #38731).
