We were looking for a custom collar that said “Training Do Not Pet” for our Belgian and found Bull Run Flag. We were so excited and ordered two collars! This one is the Olive Drab, 1 PVC velcro patch, 1.5”x4” custom in size medium. We love the green color! The font color is the wrong color, we ordered it in a Tan shade and it came in reflective gold. It looks so good in the reflective color so we aren’t complaining! The other color we ordered we chose the reflective silver on Camo Black and it is awesome! They read so well when we are out in public! I tell everyone about Bull Run Flag!

I absolutely love this collar! It is extremely well made, I'm really impressed with the latch and how the lettering came out. The patch is a awesome touch as well. My only complaint would be wait time, it took almost 3 months to arrive. If I didn't add rush ordered I would not be bothered at all by that. Overall 9 out of 10 will definitely recommend.

SOLID collar! Very impressed. Never had this buckle style or a tac handle. Absolutely in love with both. Adding the padding was well worth it. 1.5 vs 2 inch was a wise decision. I feel 2 would have been too much. Nice military look. Would recommend white vs the bone white. But I'm very happy with it. Perfect fit. Support was helpful in keeping me updated. Definitely recommend.

As other reviews have mentioned, the collar does take quite some time to arrive - ordered 5/3 and arrived 6/28. If you need it by a certain date, please plan accordingly as the 2-3 week turnaround time listed on the website is not accurate. Communication via email was also hit or miss, which I can understand from a small business, but it took almost two weeks for me to receive a response on my order status. That being said, the craftsmanship of the collar is fantastic and the materials used are very high quality. I especially like that you get a metal buckle, which is much sturdier and can bear more weight than plastic ones. Overall, a good experience, which would have been an excellent one had it not been for the shipping time and lack of communication.

The collars are very high quality and look fantastic! We are very, very happy with them. The only downside is that the delivery took a lot longer than the time frame stated on the website. I understand they are a small family business and these are custom-made products as those are two characteristics that made me want to buy from them in the first place. I just wish I would have been a little more prepared for the wait.

I originally ordered the collar with rush delivery (1 week) but after two weeks never received it. After a few attempts of contacting the company about it I was able to get a refund on the rush portion. The collar finally came after several weeks. The collar fits great and is sturdy. My only comment would be don't offer rush deliver of 1 week turn around if you know your not able to offer since you told me your running behind on orders.

I received my order, while the collar looks to be great quality it is not the collar I ordered. The collar I ordered as stated on the bill was to have the traffic handle and airtag holder. This collar I received has neither one of these paid for options. The collar's color, size and both the custom and pre made patches were correct. As we take hikes in heavy traveled areas and my dog is classified as an aggressive breed I need the traffic handle to be able to hold her close and ease tensions of those with dog related fears on trails. How can this error be remedied in a timely fashion?

I purchased this large collar for my Chow Chow, Ruby Mae. It is solid, quality, and most importantly protects my dog from predators on our ranch. The large lettering with our telephone number clearly visible also helps get our independent stubborn girl home if she wanders too far. I would absolutely order from the company again with the understanding that receiving quality, unique craftsmanship takes time to receive.

Love the product and the ease of ordering. The collar of exactly how I pictured it and fits perfectly. It’s obviously well made and seems as though it will last a long time. My only complaint about the process is that it arrived significantly later than expected and I received no communication from the company about this delay. I only received USPS updates when I wrote in and complained, but the delays continued and I wound up getting my collar approximately 1 month later than originally scheduled. I understand and appreciate the small business aspect, but delays could easily be managed with simple customer service and communication.

Came in a little big and followed the measuring guide. Handle loop is pretty big and get snagged on things. No way to keep it down. Because of the weight of the buckle and the placement of the handle, the handle spins to the side.

What a great Product! Collar is very well made. Stands up well to my dogs super active lifestyle. Playing fetch in the sand, or diving in the pool. This collar is durable. Having a "Pit Bull", people tend to be afraid, when they see, my girl. But when they see her name, on the collar, they immediately soften, and want to say Hi, to Zoey.
I would buy one again. But I probably won't have to. Cuz this collar will last the rest of her life.

Love the collar! I already bought one for my other dog and wanted to get Dakota one as well. I was not disappointed! They are well-made and durable. My dogs are strong and the collar handles take a beating, but I have had no issues so far. They look nice and I love that I was able to get a patch letting people know that my sweet boy is deaf. The only critique I would give is that they take a while to get. But with the quality of the collars, it is understandable. I am happy to wait!

It's nicely made, but it came in a bit bigger than advertised. I measured my pups neck at 16.5" so I ordered the 17" and up and it's well over the 17" for the minimum length. I even adjusted past where the patch goes and couldn't get it quite snug enough. Make sure and order small!

The collars and bungee leashes I ordered are everything I had hoped they'd be - well constructed of durable material, hardware is heavy-duty, and the fit and finish is perfect.
First time for me using bungee leashes, too. What a game changer! My dogs still pull a little bit, but when they feel the tension on the bungee (about halfway extended) they ease up. No more herky-jerky between slack and full tension like with a regular leash. If your dog is a full throttle full-time puller, these leashes probably won't make a difference. But if you have a dog that just needs a little reminder to slow down once in awhile, the bungee leash will make taking your pup for a walk thoroughly enjoyable for you both. The padded handles are nice, and the length of leash can be adjusted.
As noted in other reviews, shipping takes awhile - I received my 2 personalized collars in about 7 weeks. That's not bad at all. These are, after all, custom made products from a family owned and operated small business in West Virginia - not some crap pulled off a big box store shelf at one of hundreds of distribution warehouses across the country that promises 2 day delivery. I've got the time and patience to wait to support the small businesses of America. So should everyone.
All in all, I'm happy, dogs are happy, great products at a fair price!
