Man I am so pumped with the quality of this collar. I orders two for both of my dog and when I mean they didn’t disappoint. I mean I’m stoked compactor TACTIPUP and they the same price. The Font is much better much bigger. Looks way cleaner. More durable. I wish I ordered form this company first.
Only down fall is it took around a month in a half to get it. I know this company went out emails saying they sorry that it’s going to take a little longer so to high demand orders. But over all definitely not a 10/10 but a 100/100 I recommend

First I want to say the collar is very well made. They thought of a lot of small details that make it very functional and useful. This collar may be the best one i've owned all around.
The purchase and delivery was very disappointing. It took almost 7 weeks to arrive and had no communication. I was worried it was a scam website. However it's very real and a good product. The website said allow 2 weeks for turn around. I think if they were up front about the lengthy process to deliver, it wouldn't be so bad. I imagine they are a small company with little man power. Which is fine, because they produce an awsome product. I just think they need to be more up front on their website in telling you about this so people do not become frustrated. All over the web are complaints about slow delivery and little to no communication.
However despite the above comment, I would buy again but knowing it will be awhile.

Took a couple months, but boy was it worth the wait! It fits my dog perfectly, he loves it, and he is always excited for me to put it on him to take him out for a walk now! The bungee leash is fantastic as well. I will definitely be ordering another collar and a harness. Amazing work Bullrun! Keep up the excellent work!

We initially placed an order prior to Christmas and I guess things got busy faster than expected. Received the collar in the beginning of February. BUT, the quality and craftsmanship in this collar, made the wait worth it! I contacted customer service two times and the response time was very fast! Overall, great quality product! I will say that I was very disappointed at first in the amount of time it took to receive my initial order (2+ months). My main concern was that Capone (my Corso pup) would outgrow it by the time I got it.
However when I received the collar and leash I could not be happier. The quality is amazing, I love the handle on the collar, and the leash with all its handle really help when walking a very stubborn pup. Capone loves it too and thinks it makes him look pimp. I will be ordering another collar down the line and probably some of the other items (vest,etc) on the site. However I do wish there was a collar offered past 26”.

Irregardless of family emergencies communication from the business owner with regard to when I would receive my order was less than satisfactory. When you pay almost 50.00 for a dog collar. It took over 2 months to receive my order. I requested a discount and was only given a choice of an additional flag. Or a discount on future orders. I should have received at least a partial refund. Not at all happy with the customer service.

First off let’s start with wait time and communication… this is a smaller business that is getting a lot of order due to the price and quality of their product. Price being very affordable with top notch quality. You will wait a while for orders to be sent out, also communication is a little slow as to be expected with a mom and pop place that is staying very busy. With that said, you will not be disappointed if you are a patient person, I waited about 6 weeks which I was totally fine with for top quality at a great price. You will pay double at the big competitor shops for slightly less quality. I would order again without hesitation. Be patient and you won’t regret it.

I absolutely love these collars. This is the 3rd one I’ve bought over the years of my dog growing from puppy to full grown and everytime they’ve exceeded my expectations. Made very well. My dog is a bully XL and 115 pounds and this collar is the most durable collar I’ve ever seen. The buckle is high quality and I’ve never had it fail. When he plays with my mom’s dog she grabs him by the collar and it’s never torn or snagged. I will forever get these collars!!

I honestly would of gave 5 stars and I should of because technically it was my fault for mistaking my dogs size or potential size I feel I order to big of a collar I should of at least measured my dogs neck first before ordering it was awesome I loved it then I quickly realized dang it’s too too big I have a 6 month old bluenose pit so he’s still growing but still think the collar is huge and I can’t adjust it too much everything is locked in has an overlap when I make it as small as I can and I use that bungee fabric that’s on the collar to wrap around it.

Well built for my stranger reactive rescued-ex-guard-dog in training! Handle makes it easier to change direction in emergencies. Love that I can put my phone number in large print on the collar to hopefully avoid anyone having to approach him if he ever got loose.

Definitely a very clunky looking collar. it’s rigid and awkward at first but if the buyer takes time to learn how the collar works and feels BEFORE putting it to use it will be a great collar. Only had it for one day but works great. Definitely runs a little large but can be adjusted by, again, taking time to learn how the collar works

So I read several reviews that it took longer than the purchaser thought. Some people thought it might be a scam. I did read one ladies review that said it was worth any wait. It was, this is top quality, comfortable for my boy, and bad ass. However if you are in a hurry, then this is not for you. It took about a month but it is as advertised and Jax and I are very pleased. It looks like it will last forever. And they do send you email updates along the way.
