This is my 5th collar from this company! The first one had me concerned due to the delays, but after receiving it, I immediately felt the quality was well worth the wait! This company has improved the turnaround times drastically this year! I ordered a new variation (2 inch e collar with fi pouch) and it only took a few weeks. The collar exceeded my expectations! I work as a dog trainer, and I am constantly referring my customers to Bull Run Flag, and all have shared similar experiences! If you want a collar to last your dogs lifetime, there is no better place!

Got the collar yesterday and so far so good! Had to pull him off another dog this morning when a fight broke out with his arch rival and the collar did exactly what I needed it to do. He weighs around 120lbs, so lots of force is needed when he gets dialed in on his fellow alpha. Workin on stopping that nonsense outright but it still happens from time to time when they get playing too rough, rescued him a few months ago. Anyhow, it's a beautiful color, feels very well made, and I'm hoping it lasts a lifetime! The handle is crucial for situations like a big dog all out battle, highly recommend!

The only negative thing I have to say is the delay in the rush order shipping. I paid the extra $20 to have the item shipped within 1 week. I ordered the collar on 2/25 and didn’t receive it until 3/20.

This is by far the best collar; the options are outstanding! We love the handle & the padded options. We have several collars from a very popular tactical brand & this collar far exceeds any of those. It is our 1st choice out of all of our collars. We received a very popular smart collar the same day & have yet to set it up because this collar is that good. We will order another one with the option for a pouch for the smart collar. The reflective tape is very reflective also! We do not have one single complaint except we should have opted for the option for the smart collar add on. Thanks, we love it!

Collard were made right away and shipping was fast (rush order). I was a little skeptical at first when I saw the collars were being personalized the same day and shipped out within the next two but within one week I got both collars! They are very well made and sturdy. We got recommended by a fellow K9 handler for their sturdiness and design. I will be buying more in the future for our others pups. My dog desperately needed a new collar so I rushed my order. A few hours after my order was placed, it said the collar was expected to be delivered 4/20-4/21. I was furious since that obviously is not the 1 week promised. It must have been a glitch of some sort because within 2 days, it was updated to 3/20-3/21. It arrived first thing on 3/20 and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend!

If you are in a hurry to get your collar this is a great option, other companies I’ve ordered tactical collars from don’t offer an option of rush so it takes about 4 weeks to receive and I’m too impatient for that wait.
Well worth it, It was about 10 days from order to delivery, I can’t complain about that.

When supporting smaller businesses, you have to expect production to get backed up a bit. They aren’t in a factory with a bunch of machines shooting out tons of product. They are taking their time to provide quality work. This Rush Order option is a great feature, and I recommend it if you’re impatient like me lol!

My husky is an escape artist and has managed to get out of his old collar twice in the last few weeks. This collar is strong, durable and impossible for him to get out of yet very comfortable! I ordered express shipping and had the collar within a week with great communication on where the collar was! Strongly recommend!
